Born and raised in Montreal and of Sri Lankan descent, I grew up surrounded by people from every kind of background — and that shaped how I work. I connect easily with people from all walks of life and all cultures, and I make sure everyone feels understood. I've spent over 10 years working for the big banks, learning everything I could about the mortgage industry. Along the way I realized what would bring me true happiness: to work for myself, and for you directly. Getting a mortgage is often the biggest financial decision of your life, and I'm here to help you make the best decision for yourself and for your family.

Here's the best part of working with a mortgage broker: my services to you are completely free. My compensation comes directly from the lender, so there's no cost to you. I handle everything from A to Z, and you pay nothing for it — the best of both worlds.

Your bank can only offer you its own products. I'm independent, so I compare 20+ lenders — big banks, virtual lenders and others — to find the rate and terms that genuinely fit you, then handle the paperwork on your behalf.

Over the years, I've built strong working relationships with a range of lenders. That gives me inside knowledge of the different rates they offer — and in some cases, access to special pricing you wouldn't find on your own.

One credit pull has a small, temporary effect — and I only pull once, then shop that single check across many lenders. That's far gentler than applying to several banks separately.

Often the same day once I have your basics. A full pre-approval letter you can shop with usually lands within 24–48 hours, depending on documents.
